Our mission at CEC is to achieve successful outcomes for students in the pursuit of their College Equestrian ambitions.
Our primary objectives are to assist riders and their families in the process of identifying academically suitable colleges with equestrian teams, developing training and competition strategies that maximize a rider’s college equestrian recruitment potential, and effectively marketing their equestrian accomplishments, academic achievements and interpersonal skills to college coaches. We accomplish this by developing strategic recruitment plans and personalized guidance, creating quality highlight videos, comprehensive Equestrian Resumes, Academic/Extracurricular Bios and highly effective Prospective Student Athlete Websites.
Wendy Wills is the Owner and Director of CEC. Her commitment to assisting aspiring College Equestrians was born out of the
bewilderment she felt when her daughter decided that she wanted to ride in college. Neither of them had the slightest idea how the process of getting on a college team worked. Although her daughter’s College Equestrian quest was successful, “going it alone” in the search process was challenging and stressful. Wendy is intimately familiar with the complexities families face trying to navigate the College Equestrian landscape.
Wendy holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science from UCLA. Her “Horse Show Mom” resume includes NCAA/NCEA, IHSA, AQHA, ApHC, OHSET and 4H.

Her commitment to assisting aspiring College Equestrians is inspired by her desire to help clients live their dreams of becoming collegiate equestrians.
